JERRY F. GOLANTY, MCBA, BVAL He also is a Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation, one of only thirty-nine in the United States and the only one in Nevada. Mr. Golanty is the South West Region Governor (Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah, Hawaii) of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He is the Nevada/Northern California affiliate member of National Business Valuation Group, a consortium of nationally certified independent business appraisers, and has owned and operated business valuation firms in Reno, Nevada and California for over 35 years. Mr. Golanty is a recognized expert in valuing mid-size to smaller businesses and professional practices, and is a court recognized expert in business valuation as well as in business brokerage. He has been qualified and accepted in every major Nevada District Court, the Superior Courts of California and the U. S. Bankruptcy Court. He has taught valuation seminars for the State Bar of Nevada,
Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, CPA/Law Forum, Cambridge Institute
and the University of Nevada-Reno. His articles have appeared in
professional and business publications throughout the western states.
